High chrome white cast iron grinding ball is also called high chrome ball. It is cast by reasonably matching high-quality scrap steel with chrome alloy materials for scientific melting and casting with unique casting molding process. And then it is quenched and tempered at high temperature to obtain martensitic matrix, to achieve high hardness and wear resistance.

Hot rolled grinding balls are hot rolled by special equipment and then heat treated to become high quality balls. Through quenching and tempering heat treatment, the austenite in the material structure of rolled steel balls rapidly transforms into highly resistant grinding martensite structure. The finished ball obtains high and uniform hardness.
