1. Structural optimization
Customizing the design for customers, optimizing the structural design and production process, and reasonably reducing the weight for the slag pots. Apply CAE software design system for continuous optimization analysis and quality prediction of slag casting through numerical simulation.
2. Ingredient design
Optimizing and matching the key components, reducing the harmful elements significantly; reasonable casting and heat treatment process to enhance the anti-deformation and anti-cracking ability of the slag pots.Refined steel: EAF electric arc furnace + LF ladle refining. Integral casting: the slag pot cast out at one time has strong resistance to deformation, and the service life and safety performance are greatly improved.
3. Process control
Strictly implementing the process requirements, controlling the size, weight deviation, as well as surface and internal defects. 3D software for mold design, all of which use molds made of high-quality wood to give a more refined control of the overall dimensions of the slag pots.
4. Strict probing standards
Whole pot body probing without dead ends. Advanced flaw detection testingequipment is utilized to carry out non-destructive flaw detection on the whole of the slag pots. This ensures that the quality of the main body and critical parts of the slag pots meets the flaw detection standards set by ISO\DIN\JIS.
