In building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry, environmental protection and many otherproduction industries, is widely used for mechanical, physical or chemical treatment of solidmaterials. This kind of equipment is called rotary kiln.

Rotary kiln is a cylindrical equipment with a certain slope (3% ~ 3.5%). With the rotation of thekiln, the material is stirred in the rotary kiln, thus mixing and contacting each other for reaction.At the same time, the kiln head spray coal combustion produces a lot of heat. The heat istransferred to the material by the radiation of flame, convection of hot air, and conduction ofkiln bricks (kiln skin). The material relies on the slope of the kiln cylinder and the rotation of thekiln to move forward in the kiln.
